To quality for guaranteed instant pricing, a shipment must be booked through the Carggo platform (or an approved system integration) with more than 24 hours lead time before pickup. The appointment time must also be scheduled using the Carggo online platform or one of our system integrations.
Absolutely! If you are registered on the Carggo platform, feel free to reach out to your account manager directly or to contact us for urgent support.
During your onboarding process, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who is responsible. If you are looking to register with Carggo, please schedule time here.
Login to your portal to view tracking details or view your updates in an approved system integration. We encourage our carrier partners to download our mobile application to enable “real-time” status updates that don’t inconvenience drivers and dispatchers. When all else fails, we have a team ready to make check calls, ensuring that tracking information is up to date.
We believe that nobody wins when there are accessorials. That’s why our accessorials are a pass-through charge, since nobody should benefit from unnecessary delays.
Carggo provides “no-hassle” detention to carriers that utilize the Carggo driver app for status updates and enable GPS starting 2 hours before picking up the load.
When the platform detects you have been detained for more than 2 hours, it will ask you to confirm detention and upload a timestamped BOL using the app's capture tool as proof of POD.
Add detention as an accessorial to your payment request under "additional charges." Upon receiving your POD and invoice through the app, your specialist will verify detention earned using GPS data and will approve your detention provided all requirements are met.
If the shipper disputes your detention, you still get paid as long as the driver used the app for all status updates, waited more than 2 hours, enabled GPS, and uploaded a timestamped BOL to request detention on the Carggo app.
